Statewide Marketplace guidance
Affordable Health Insurance in Florida
Floridians shop for individual and family coverage through the federal Marketplace at HealthCare.gov. The site works, but comparing deductibles, networks and drug lists on your own can take hours. Estagacy is a licensed agency that helps you do it for free, with a real person explaining each choice.
You may qualify for financial help based on your income, applied to your premium before you enroll. Start with a quick eligibility check, then talk with an agent when you are ready.
Help anywhere in Florida
Statewide by phone and video
Whether you live in Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami or a small town in between, we can review plans together over the phone or on a video call. We share our screen, check your doctors and prescriptions against each network, and walk through the HealthCare.gov application with you step by step.
In person at our Orlando office
Central Florida residents are welcome at 805 S Kirkman Rd Suite 202, Orlando, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Bring any Marketplace letters and a list of your medications, and we will sort through everything in one visit.
Who we help across Florida
Families
Cover parents and children on one plan, and find out whether the kids may qualify for Florida KidCare through Medicaid or CHIP instead.
Self-employed and gig workers
Drivers, contractors, freelancers and side-business owners can shop on their own and may qualify for financial help based on your income.
People losing job-based coverage
A layoff, reduced hours or a new job without benefits usually opens a Special Enrollment Period. We help you move quickly to avoid a gap.
Early retirees under 65
A Marketplace plan can bridge the years before Medicare. We factor in pension income and savings withdrawals when estimating your help.
Newcomers to Florida
Moved here recently? A permanent move often qualifies you to enroll outside Open Enrollment, and we explain which documents may be needed.
Small business owners
If you run a small shop or service business, we help you cover yourself and your household and explain how business income is counted.
