• Household details used to estimate potential savings — state, ZIP code, coverage type, household size, estimated annual household income, current insurance status and coverage type, and the timeline in which you would like coverage to begin.

• Any additional information you choose to share when you speak with a licensed agent or contact us by phone, SMS or email.

When you browse the site, we also automatically collect limited technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring source — through cookies and similar technologies described under "Measurement and advertising" below.

How we use your information

• To generate an illustrative estimate of your potential ACA savings.
• To have a licensed agent contact you about health insurance options available in your area.
• To quote, compare and enroll you in coverage, if you choose to proceed.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you service and marketing communications you have consented to receive.
• To operate, measure and improve our website, advertising and lead management, and to maintain records required of a licensed insurance agency.

How we share your information

• With the licensed agents of Estagacy Insurance Group who will contact you about your options.
• With the insurance carriers, general agencies and Marketplace systems needed to quote, compare and enroll you in coverage.
• With service providers that operate our customer relationship management, communication and analytics systems on our behalf (for example, our CRM and text messaging platforms).
• With regulators or as required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Estagacy, our clients or others.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it as described above for insurance and service purposes, which is how agencies like ours operate.

Measurement and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site and, with your consent, the Meta Pixel to measure visits and form or booking actions from our Facebook and Instagram ads. Neither receives names, email addresses or phone numbers. Advertising cookies load only after you accept them in Cookie Settings. Our ChatGPT assistant

Our ChatGPT plugin, “Asirans Sante & Vi - Estagacy,” is instructions-only. Estagacy does not receive, store or have access to your ChatGPT conversations, and the plugin does not collect or send any personal information to Estagacy. Please do not share Social Security numbers, birth dates, income or health details in ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy. Information reaches us only if you choose to call, text, email or submit a form on our site.

Your communication choices

By submitting our eligibility form, you consent to receive phone calls, text messages (SMS) and emails from Estagacy Insurance Group and its licensed agents, including through automated technology such as auto-dialers and pre-recorded messages, at the phone number and email address you provide. Your consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Data retention

We keep the information we collect for as long as necessary to provide the services you requested, to comply with the record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agencies, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements — after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and request details about how it is shared.
