These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Estagacy Insurance Group website and the eligibility review, quoting and enrollment assistance services we provide through it. By using this website or submitting our forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Estagacy Insurance Group ("Estagacy," "we," "us" or "our") is a licensed health insurance agency and a DBA of Wealtharq Advisors LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its principal office at 805 S Kirkman Rd, Suite 202, Orlando, FL 32811. Our services
We help individuals, families and self-employed workers in the states we serve review ACA Marketplace and other health insurance plan options and complete enrollment with licensed agents. We provide services at no cost to you for our assistance; we may be compensated by insurance carriers for enrollments. Plan availability varies by ZIP code and carrier.
Estimates are not quotes
Savings, subsidy and premium figures shown on this site are illustrative estimates generated from the answers you provide. They are not an offer of insurance, a guarantee of eligibility, or a binding quote. Actual eligibility, advance premium tax credits and plan costs are determined solely by the Health Insurance Marketplace and the issuing carrier based on your verified household size, income, tax filing status, location and other factors. Final plan details, provider networks and costs are found only in the plan documents.
Accuracy of your information
You agree that the information you submit through our forms is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You certify that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to provide information about the members of your household. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect your eligibility, the subsidies you receive, or the plans available to you, and may require correction with the Marketplace.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
